Polifenoles del arándano, arma natural contra las enfermedades bucales

Los polifenoles presentes en altas concentraciones las bayas, poseen beneficios para la salud bucal y general, como productos naturales se pueden consumir recomendar sin riesgo desde los primeros años de vida. Sin embargo, evidencia es escasa, al igual que el desconocimiento estos hogares no hay claridad si efecto común toda familia bayas. Por lo tanto, objetivo esta investigación revisar literatura confirmar este particular. Mediante libres parámetros términos, realizó una búsqueda estudios Scielo, PubMed, RAAO SCOPUS. Se seleccionaron documentos donde intervención fuese oral, bayas; cualquier tipo presentación resultados estuvieran directamente relacionados con bucal. De 54 artículos 20 coincidían criterios por título abstract. Dos bayas azules reportaron efectos sobre disminución bacterias fusobacterium nucleatum Streptococcus mutans.
